IHI is the world’s leading advocacy, standards, and educational organization for the hospitality industry. They offer internationally recognized certifications, certificates, memberships, and scholarships to hospitality professionals and allied entities worldwide.
In 2021 Andy completed a dual certification from IHI, which included a Mini MBA in Hospitality Management and the Certified Hospitality Expert Designation (CHEx) their most prestigious designation, that covers 7 designations in Sales and Marketing Management, Revenue Management Specialist, Financial Management, Rooms Division Management, Food & Beverage Management, Hotel Operations Management and Digital Marketing Director
Andy was elected to the Board of Directors of IHI as Canada's representative in 2021 -2025.
