Andy Lee

Andy Lee is a globally recognized luminary  HR executive and hospitality executive leader whose career spans over 25 years of excellence in human resources, culinary arts, wine education, and executive leadership. A Red Seal Chef and Certified Specialist of Wine, Court of Sommeliers Advanced Sommelier, Andy brings a rare blend of operational mastery and strategic HR expertise to the table.

Co-Founder, Premier Cru Hospitality Andy Lee is a globally recognized hospitality leader and HR strategist dedicated to redefining service excellence through people-centric leadership. Andy provides boutique consultancy to luxury brands seeking to optimize their culture, talent management, and operational standards.

Holding an MBA from Glion, an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Gloucestershire and a Level 7 Diploma in HRM from OTHM, Andy is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) in HRM from SSBM. His academic credentials are complemented by 11 certifications from the Academy to Innovate HR (AIHR), and he holds the prestigious CPHR, SHRM-SCP, and FCIPD designations—placing him among the top echelon of HR professionals globally.

Andy’s leadership journey includes completing the Executive Leadership Program and General Management Program (GMP) at Cornell University, as well as earning a Diploma in Hospitality from the Institute of Hospitality. His other designations include Certified Hotel Administrator from AHLA, CHGM from Emerit as well as the CHEx designation from IHI as well as a Mini MBA. His career includes senior leadership roles in luxury hotels, private clubs, and resorts, where he has led transformative HR initiatives, built award-winning teams, and elevated guest experiences through a deep understanding of culture, training, and service excellence

Andy is an accomplished educator and mentor, known for his ability to lead large, complex operations, improve profitability, drive efficiencies, and enhance guest experiences.

​

A lifelong learner, Andy is currently completing his Doctorate (DBA) in Human Resource Management, focusing on the intersection of leadership and organizational performance. He has served on the Board of Directors for Canada Select 2008-2010, the International Hospitality Institute  2020 -2024, and the Provincial Culinary Red Committee 2024-2025 .

Andy was featured as the cover story for Global Hospitality Magazine in 2025 as  well  as featured as Global  "Notable Leader" in the industry by IHI in 2023.

Annette Lee - BIO

Annette Lee began her hospitality career in 1991 after earning a Bachelor of Commerce in Hotel & Food Administration from the University of Guelph. She gained experience at prestigious establishments, starting as Assistant Manager at Hillebrand’s Vineyard Café in 1996, before advancing to leadership roles at the Prince of Wales Hotel and Queen’s Landing Inn in Niagara-on-the-Lake.

​

In 2002, Annette played a key role in launching the Lighthouse Restaurant before relocating to the UK. There, she worked with Michelin-starred chef Jean Christophe Novelli at Auberge du Lac located at Brocket Hall and later managed private events at a luxury boutique hotel in Liverpool.

​

Returning to Canada in 2005, she became Dining Room Manager at Millcroft Inn & Spa, where her leadership earned consecutive awards for service excellence. In 2010, she launched and managed Bacchus House, a luxury 5 star B&B, earning top TripAdvisor ratings and awards for over a decade. Simultaneously, Annette coordinated events at the prestigious Georgian Bay Golf Club.

​

In 2023, Annette moved to Belmont, Ontario, taking on the role of Hospitality Director at Sky Chase Winery.
