Culinary Services / Chef at Home Service

Premier Cru Hospitality offers a range of culinary services, including our Chef at Home program, designed for small, intimate gatherings of 8-12 guests in the comfort of your home. For corporate and executive luncheons, we can accommodate up to 20 people, while executive dining experiences for up to 16 guests can also be arranged, subject to location and specific requirements.

Wine pairings can be included, with a sommelier fee applied for these services

Private Dining Experiences

Looking to host a special dinner party, small celebration, or a romantic dinner at home? Red Seal Chef Andy can create a custom menu tailored to your occasion, prepared in the comfort of your own home. Premier Cru Hospitality specializes in intimate dinners for 8-12 guests.

Perfect for any celebration, including:

  • Birthdays

  • Anniversaries

  • Family Gatherings

  • Business Events

  • Girls' Night In

  • Surprise Gourmet Nights

Menus start at three courses, with prices ranging from $95 to $110 per person.

 

We also offer tasting menus with 4, 5, or 6 courses, which can be paired with wines (a sommelier fee applies).

Andy’s love for cooking began at the age of 13 while studying home economics. After finishing school, he enrolled in a full-time culinary program at Colquitt Street Technical & Nautical College in Liverpool, where he graduated with a hospitality management diploma and City & Guilds Certification in Cooking. In 2010, Andy earned his Culinary Interprovincial Red Seal Chef Certification and became a member of The Culinary Federation.

Additionally, Andy is a Certified Meeting Manager (CMM) with Meeting Planners International
