Owners Andy & Annette Lee have a combined 7 decades of experiences across human resources, boutique resorts, restaurants, wineries and luxury hospitality. Andy and Annette are both are accredited Sommeliers. Andy is a Red Seal Chef, a seasoned hotelier/ Club manager with over 30 years management experience. Over the last 25 years Andy has worked at C-Suite level overseeing operations of luxury boutique resorts, winery, and historical private clubs.

Andy Lee is a highly  credentialed HR and hospitality executive with a unique blend of strategic insight and operational excellence. As a Red Seal Chef, Certified Specialist of Wine, and senior HR leader, Andy offers consulting services that bridge the gap between people, performance, and guest experience.

With over 25 years of leadership in luxury hotels, resorts, and private clubs, Andy specializes in culture transformation, talent strategy, executive coaching, and service excellence. His academic foundation includes an MSc in HRM, a Level 7 Diploma in HRM, and a DBA in progress, alongside executive education from Cornell University.
